Resilience Prescrption

1. Become optimistic. Stay positive and hopeful while remaining realistic.

2. Identify with someone, a role model, who has shown resiliency.

3. Develop a moral compass and an unbreakable belief.

4. Become altruistic. Help others in order to be able to help yourself.

5. Become flexible and adaptable.

6. Face fears and control negative emotions.

7. Build active coping skills.

8. Establish a supportive social network.

9. Stay physically fit.

10. Laugh as much as you can.
